J. Joseph Warren      }  And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies, and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right
to recover On motion of plaintiffs Attorney, It is ordered that
the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defendant
and that the Clerk do assess his damages. Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at Seventy Seven 
                                Dollars & Forty one
   Cents, it is ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have & recover off and from the
defendant the Said sum of Seventy Seven
       Dollars & Forty one                  Cents for his dam
ages together with his cost taxed at Nine
  Dollars &        Twenty Seven       Cents and the defendant
in Mercy &c
