                               And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on 
motion of plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have 
his Judgment against the defendant, and that the Clerk do 
assess his damages. Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the 
damages at Seventy one                                   Dollars 
---------      &   Cents it is ordered Considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover 
off and from the defendant the said sum of Seventy one
                         Dollars &                        Cents 
for his damages together with his cost in this behalf taxed at 
   Five   ------------- Dollars &  Eighty nine            Cents 
and the defendant in mercy &c

is ordered Considered & adjudged by the Court that 
the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant
the said Sum of  Three hundred & Eighteen                  Dollars 
            Eighty three      Cents for his damages together with 
his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
    Twelve          Dollars &  Thirty Eight              Cents 
and the defendant in Mercy &c
