John Powers         }  And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies, and the defend
=ant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs 
right to recover On motion of plaintiffs Attorney, it is 
ordered Considered and adjudged that the plaintiff 
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon 
the Clerk having assessed the damages at Eighty four
 -----------      Dollars & Twenty one         Cents
It is ordered Considered and adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover off and 
from the defendant the Said Sum of Eighty four
                   Dollars & Twenty one     Cents for 
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf 
Expended taxed at
