Continued to next term of this Court and the
defendant Recognized in the Sum of Five hundred for his
appearance at the next term of the Court and acknowledged
himself to Stand indebted to the State of Florida in the Sum
of Five hundred Dollars to be levied of their respective goods
& chattles, Slaves lands & tenements if default be made on the
following Condition that is to say if the Said Lemuel Wilson
Shall be and appear at the next term of the Court to answer an
Indictment for Playing & betting at Cards and Shall not thence
depart the Court without leave thereof then this Obligation to
be null & void otherwise to remain in full force & virtue

P. McHenry shall be and appear at the next term of the Court
