John R. Bevill  }  And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
On motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered the plaintiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do asses the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at Two thousand
& fifty          Dollars & Twenty one            Cents
It is ordered Considered & adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of Two thousand & fifty
                  Dollars & twenty one
Cents for her damages together with his cost in this behalf
expended taxed at  Eleven           dollars & Ninety
Cents and the defendant in mercy &c ------

Seventy five Cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at Ten dollars
and the defendant in Mercy &c


It is ordered that all Causes, actions, plaints, Suits
or ordered, Motions, Recognizances, pending in this Court
and not otherwise disposed of be Continued until the next
term of this Court
        And the Court then adjourned Sine Die
