                       And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies, and the
defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs right to recover, On Motion of Plain
-tiffs Attorney, It is ordered that the Plaintiff do
have his Judgment against the defendant by
default and that the Clerk do assess the dam
ages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Six thousand & forty nine -----
   ----------  Dollars Eighty three     cts
It is ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the defendant the said Sum
   Six thousand & forty nine ------ -------
dollars & Eighty three ------ cents for his dam
ages together with his Cost in this behalf expended
at                dollars
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
also an order made by the Court that said Judgment
be entered up nunc protunc



It is ordered that all Causes, actions, plaints, Suits
or ordered, Motions, Recognizances pending in the Court
and not otherwise disposed of be continued untill the
next term of this Court - And the Court then adjourned
