And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attornies and the defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of plaintiffs attorney
It is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the dam
ages at Two hundred & thirty four Dollars &
Twenty five Cents it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the defendant the Said Sum of Two hundred & thirty four Dollars & Twenty five
Cents for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf expended
taxed at seventeen dollars & Seventy Eight Cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c

Court that the plaintiff do have and recover off and
from the defendant the Said Sum of Two hundred
& Eighteen Dollars & Fifty
Cents for his damages together with his Cost in this
behalf expended taxed at Thirteen
Dollars & Seventy Cents and the
defendant in Mercy &c
