Continued to the next term of the Court
and the defendant recognized in the sum of five hundred
dollars for his appearance at the next term of the Court
two hundred & fifty dollars for the principle and one
hundred & twenty five for each Security
William Axer, Daniel C. Hart Joseph Mickle appeared
in open Court and acknowledged themselves to stand
indebted to the State of Florida in the sum of five hundred
dollars that is to say William Axer in the sum of two hun
dred & fifty dollars Daniel C. Hart in the sum of One hundred
& twenty five dollars & Joseph Mickle in the sum of One hun
dred & twenty five dollars to be levied of their respective goods &
Chattels, Slaves lands & tenements if default be made in the
following Condition that is to say of the said William Axer
Shall be and appear at the next term of this Court to ans
wer to an indictment for malicious Killing & wounding Stock
and Shall not thence depart the Court without lien
thereof then this obligation to be null and void other
wise to remain in full force and virtue -----

& Samuel Swindle } Continued to the next term of the
} Court and the defendant recognized in
the sum of five hundred dollars for his appearance at the next
term of the Court two hundred & fifty dollars for the principle
and one hundred & twenty five for each Security
James M. Hawthorn, Anderson Philpot, Samual Swindle
Robert Hines & Jefferson Baisden, appeared in open Court and
acknowledged themselves to stand indebted to the State of
Florida in the sum of five hundred dollars that is to say
James M. Hawthorn, Anderson Philpot, Samuel Swindle in the
sum of two hundred & fifty dollars Robert R. Hines & Jefferson Bais
-den the sum of One hundred& twenty five dollars each to be
levied of their respective goods & chattels, Slaves, lands & tenements
if default be made in the following Condition, that is to say of
the said James M. Hawthorn Samuel Swindle, Anderson
Philpot Shall well and truly be and appear at the next
term of this Court to answer to an indictment for Riot and
Shall not thence depart the Court without lien thereof then
this obligation to be null and void other wise to remain in
full force and virtue -----
