And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies and the
defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of
the plaintiffs right to recover On Motion of plain
=tiffs attorney, It is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his Judgement by default and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Two hundred & thirty Six Dollars &
Cents It is ordered Considered and adju
=dged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant the
Said Sum of Two hundred & thirty Six
Dollars & Cents for his
damages together with his Cost in this behalf
expended taxed at Eight
Dollars & Sixty five Cents and the
defendant in Mercy &c
