       vs        }    Larceny
Barney Barfield  }
                   Continued to the next term of the Court
and the defendant recognized in the sum of five hundred
dollars for his appearance at the next term of the Court
two hundred & fifty dollars for the principle and one hundred
& twenty five for each Security
Barney Barfield, Hardy Stuckey, & Daniel S. Stuckey
      appeared in open Court and acknowledged 
themselves to stand indebted to the State of Florida 
in the sum of five hundred dollars, that is to say 
Barney Barfield in the sum of two hundred & fifty dollars 
Hardy Stuckey in the sum of One hundred & twenty five dollars & 
Daniel S. Stuckey in the sum of One hundred & twenty five dollars 
to be levied of their respective goods & Chattels lands & 
Slaves & tenements if default be made in the following 
Condition that is to say if the said Barney Barfield Shall 
be and appear at the next term of this Court to answer to an 
indictment for Larceny and Shall not thence depart the 
Court without lien thereof then this obligation to be null and 
void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
