that the plantiff do have and recover off and from the
defendant the said Sum of Two hundred & twenty three Dolls
Seventy four Cents for his damages together with his Cost in this
behalf expended taxed at Thirteen dollars &
Eighty Cents, and the defendant in Mercy &c

} And now on this day came the plantiff by his
attorney and it appearing to the Court that a writ of Enquiry
was awarded to the plantiff at the last Term of the Court
Thereupon came a Jury to assess the damages to wit

who being Sworn well and truly to assess the damages in Said
cause Sustained by the plantiff for the non performance of the premises
of the defendant, after hearing the testimony retired to consider of
their verdict, and thereafter to wit upon the same day returned
into Court and rendered the following verdict to wit we the
Jury find for the plantiff and assess the damages at Two hun
-dred & Six ------------------- dollars Sixty Cents
whereupon it is ordered and adjudged by the Court that the
plantiff do have and recover off and from the defendant the
Said Sum of Two hundred & Six dollars & Sixty Cents
together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at Twenty
--- dollars & Twenty six Cents and the defendant in Mercy &
James Pendarvis } Graham
