                    And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attornies, and whereupon came a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined by
the parties, after hearing the testimony of Witness the argument of Council
and the Charge of the Court, retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter to wit on the next morning returned into Court
and rendered the following verdict to wit We the Jury find
for the Plaintiff and assess the damages at Two hundred &
thirty nine 55/100 -------------------- dollars Whereupon it
is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defend
ant the said Sum of Two hundred & thirty nine 55/100
dollars together with his Cost in this behalf expended
taxed at Fourteen 70/100               dollars and the defend
ant in Mercy &

                      And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion
of plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered that the plaintiff do
have his Judgement by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at                              Dollars &
Cents It is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the
defendant the said Sum of
  dollars &                   Cents together with his Cost in
this behalf expended taxed at
