                    }    And now on this day came the
the parties by their respective attornies and thereupon
came a Jury to wit

5                    11
6                    12
who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined by the parties, after hearing testimony of witnesses
the argument of Council and the charge of the Court
retired to Consider of their verdict and then after to wit
on the same day returned into Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit We the Jury find for the
defendant and thereupon the Jury was discharged

                         And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies, and thereupon came a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined by
the parties after hearing the testimony of witnesses the argument of
Council, and the Charge of the Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter to wit on the Same day returned into Court and
rendered the following verdict We the Jury find for the Plain
=tiff and assess the damages at One hundred dollars
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant
the said Sum of One hundred dollars for his damages, together
with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at Thirty Eight
dolls Twenty two Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

Adjourned untill tomorrow morning 9 OClock
