Continued to the next term of the Court and the
defendant recognized in the sum of five hundred dollars
for his appearance at the next term of the Court two hundred
& fifty dollars for the principle and one hundred & twenty five dollars for
each Security
John P. Hall Tillman Ingram, William H. Babcock
appeared in open Court and acknowledged themselves to
stand indebted to the State of Florida in the sum of five
hundred dollars, that is to say John P. Hall in the sum of
two hundred & fifty dollars Tillman Ingram in the sum of
One hundred & twenty five William H. Babcock in the sum of
One hundred & twenty five dollars, to be levied of their respective
goods & Chattels lands & tenements if default be made
in the following condition that is to say if the said John P.
Hall Shall be and appear at the next term of this Court to an
swer to an indictment for an assault with intent to Kill and
Shall not thence depart the Court without leave thereof then
this obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue
