And now on this day Came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right
to recover on Motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered
that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement against the
defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Two hundred & Sixty Seven ----------------- Dollars
forty Six Cents it is ordered Considered and
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover off and from the defendant the said Sum of
Two hundred & Sixty Seven Dollars & Forty
Six Cents for his damages together with his Cost in
this behalf expended taxed at
Ten dollars & Eighty Cents and
the defendant in Mercy &c
