                                    And now on this day 
came the parties by their respective attorneys and 
the defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of 
the Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered to recover on Motion
of Plaintiff to have his Judgment by default & that
the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Six hundred & fifty four
                Dollars &   Eighty            Cents it is 
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the Said 
Sum of  Six hundred & fifty four Eighty
   Dollars &                    Cents together with his Cost in
behalf Expended Taxed at  Ten -------------------------------
