                           On this day came the parties
in the above cause by their attorneys and on Motion of
the plaintiffs attorney it is ordered adjudged and
decreed by the Court now here that they have hereto
Enter up Judgement nunc pro tunc os of the December Term
of the Circuit Court of this County on the 12th day of
December 1853 on the order of Said Court there made
to Enter Judgement and whereon Judgement was Entered
in favour of the plaintiffs by the name of J.V. Connerat & Co
against said defendants by the name of John H. Zarvadski
& Co a Sufficient Judgement having been having
omitted to have been Entered at the time by the Clerk of
this Court and it is therefor ordered and adjudged
by the Court now here that the plaintiffs have and recover
of the defendants the Sum of One thousand and nine hundred
and thirty four dollars and thirty nine Cents for their dama
ges and the further sum of Seven dollars & fifty Cts
Cost of this suit by the said plaintiffs Expended in this
behalf, and that Execution may issue forthwith on
this Judgement
