parties by their respective attornies and the defendant 
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to 
recover On Motion of Plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the 
Plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant by 
default and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Two 
thousand and two hundred & ninety Seven Dollars &  Thirty Seven Cents It is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff 
do have and recover off and from the defendant the said 
Sum of $2297 37/00    Dollars &                  Cents for 
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf expended 
taxed at  Fifteen               Dollars &  Twenty
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
