George J. Arnow     }  And now on this day came the 
parties by their respective attornies & the defendant Saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover 
on Motion of Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plain
=tiff do have his Judgement against the defendant by default 
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the 
Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred 
  & twenty one   Dollars & Eighty Six   Cents It 
is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that 
the plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defend
=ant the said Sum of One Hundred & Twenty one
      Dollars & Eighty Six Cents for his damages together with 
his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at 
    Eleven     Dollars &               Cents & the defend
ant in Mercy &c

                      Motion Granted Ordered that the Prayer
