          Monday June 24th 1867

William L. Campbell  }       Dawkins
                And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective attornies & the defendant Saying nothing 
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover 
on Motion of Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the 
Plaintiff do have his judgement against the defendant 
by default & that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
   Two hundred and Twelve ---- --- ---------------  dollars
   Twenty Two Cents, It is ordered Considered and adj
udged by the Court that the plaintiff do his have 
and recover off and from the defendant the said 
Sum of Two Hundred and Twelve -------------------------
 dollars & Twenty Two Cents for his damages together with 
his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at Six
      dollars & Fifty  Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
