And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff's right to recover on
motion of the plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default &
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred &
fifty Six Dollars and Sixty Six Cents It is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the defendant the Said Sum of One hundred and
fifty six dollars & Sixty Six -------- Cents for
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf expended
taxed at Eight dollars & forty Seven Cents and the
defendant in Mercy &c

the Hon D.S. Walker, Your Petitioner desires to be admitted
to practice in your Honors Court and to this end prays that
a Committee may be appointed before whom his examination
can be had - and upon whose report if favourable he prays
to be admitted to the rights & privileges of an attorney at
Law ---- Your petitioner is professed to Comply with the
duties of Court & furnish the usual Certificate
