                 And now on this day come the parties by their 
respective Attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion of the Plaintiff
Atty it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages, whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Two hundred & Seventeen  -------------------
Dollars Sixty    Cents it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the defendant the said sum of Two hundred
   & Seventeen                  Dollars Sixty ------ and
Cents for his damages together with his cost in this behalf
expended taxed Ten
Dollars and Twelve Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
