     Wednesday June 26th 1867

          And now on this day come the parties by their respective
Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or in preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover on motion of the plaintiffs Attorney it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defendant
by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages, whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One Thousand and
Seventy One --  -- -- -- Dollars and Thirty Six cents
it is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant the
said sum of One Thousand and Seventy One ----------
Dollars and Thirty Six cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf expended taxed Twelve -- --- -- --
                  Dollars and Twelve cents and
the defendant in Mercy &c

for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed
 Eleven                                            Dollars
and Eighty Eight cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
