                 And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or in
preclusion of the plaintiff's right to recover on motion of the
plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages, whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at One thousand three hun
-dred & forty Six ----------- Dollars and Sixty Six
Cents it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover off
and from the defendant the said sum of One thous
and three hundred & forty six ---------- Dollars and
  Sixty six Cents for his Damages together with his
costs in this behalf expended taxed at
 Nine --- --- --- --- -- -- -- -- -- -- Dollars and
  Six --------- Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
