 Thursday June 27th 1869

          And now on this day come the parties by their
Attorneys and there upon came a Jury to act

Who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue joined
by the parties after hearing the testimony of witness the argument
of Council and the charge of the Court to return to
Consider of their verdict and then after to **** on the same day
returned into court and rendered the following verdict
we the Jury find for the plaintiff and issue the damages
for Nineteen hundred & eighty two 60/100 Dollars
            whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have & recover
off and from the defendant the said sum of Nineteen hundred
and Eighty two dollars and sixty cents
for his damages together with his cost taxes at 
                     Dollars and                     cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c
