And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on
motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the Clerk do
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at
dollars & Cents It is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the said
Sum of
dollars & Cents for his damages toge-
ther with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
dollars & Cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c

do have and recover off and from the defendant the
Said Sum of One hundred & forty nine
dollars & Ninety Six Cents together with his
Cost in this behalf expended taxed at Five
dollars & Seventy Cents and the
defendant in Mercy &c
