S.J. Kennard  }   And now on this day personally came 
the parties by their by their respective attornies and the defend
=ant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right 
to recover on motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that 
the plaintiff do have his judgement against the defend
=ant by default & that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages 
 Two hundred & twelve --  --  --- -----  dollars &   Sixty
Seven    Cents It is ordered Considered and adjudged 
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover off 
and from the defendant the said Sum of Two
Hundred & twelve ---  dollars & Sixty Seven ----  Cents 
for his damages together with his Cost taxed at
  Seven -------    dollars &   Seventy five   Cents and the defend
ant in Mercy &c
