parties by their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on
motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do
have his Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Eighteen hundred
& Seventy Eight dollars & forty four Cents It is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant
the said sum of Eighteen hundred & Seventy Eight
dollars & forty four Cents for his damages together with his Cost
in this behalf expended taxed Thirty Six dollars &
fourteen Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
