Ordered that the following be established as a rule of
this Court
That Should an attorney at Law of this Court come
into Court intoxicated for the first offence he Shall be fined
the Sum of One hundred dollars & imprisoned untill paid
For the Second Offence he Shall be imprisoned in the County
Jail for thirty days -- For the third offence he shall be
Stricken from the roll of practicing attornies & no Excuse
will be taken --- Thos T. Long
