On this day came the Solicitor George J. Arnow Esqr
who prosecutes the pleas of the State of Florida in this behalf as
well also the prisoner in person, who having entered a plea of not
guilty therefore came a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined
by the parties after hearing the testimony of Witness the
argument of Council the jury returned a verdict of
not guilty thereupon the prisoner was discharged

Daniel R. June } And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plantiffs right to recover
on motion of plantiffs attorney it is ordered that the plantiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at

Cents - It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plantiff do have and recover off and from the defend
--ant the said sum of

-ages together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
