             And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attornies & thereupon came a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined
by the parties after hearing the testimony of witnesses the argument
of Council and the Charge of the Court, retired to Consider
of their verdict and there after to wit on the same day returned
into Court and rendered the following verdict We the Jury
find for the Plaintiff and assess the damages at One hun
-dred & forty six 10/100 Dollars whereupon It is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the said
Sum of One hundred & forty six 10/100 dollars for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
                   dollars &                 cents and the
defendant in mercy &c
