  Monday November 12th 1867

                  And now on this day came the parties by their
respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or in preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of
the plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgement against the defendant by default, and that the
Clerk do assess the damages whereupon the Clerk having assess
=ed the damages at Seven hundred & Sixty Eight
                Dollars and Ninety Seven   cents it is ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
      Seven hundred & Sixty Eight
Dollars and Ninety Seven   cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
       Dollars and             Cents and the defendant in mercy &c

Considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have and recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
           Two thousand & Seventy four
               Dollars and Forty four --- cents for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
                     Seven
         Dollars and Sixty four --              cents and the defendant
in mercy &c
