G.S.M. Huggins } And now on this day came the parties by their
respective Attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or in
preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of the plaintiffs
Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against by default, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at one
Hundred and Eighteen
Dollars and Twenty three cents it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover off
and from the defendant the said sum of one Hundred
and Eighteen Dollars and
23 cents for his damages together with his cost in this behalf
expended taxed at Eight
Dollars and Twenty Two cents
the defendant in mercy etc.
