                              And now on this day came the parties by their
respective Attornies and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of the plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Twenty Six thousand & Seven hundred & twenty Six 14/100

              cents it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
     Twenty Six thousand Seven hundred & twenty Six
