And now on this day came the parties by their respective attorneys, and the
Defendant saying nothing in bar or in preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to
recover, on motion of the Plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered the Plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the Defendant by default and the Clerk do assess
the damages. Whereupon, the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Dollars and Cents, it
is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plain
tiff do have and recover off and from the Defendant the said sum of
Dollars and cents for
his damages together with his cost in this behalf expended
taxed at Dollars and
cents, the Defendant in mercy &c --

that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement against the Defendant
by Default and that the Clerk do assess the Damages at
Three hundred & Sixty Eight Dollars and
Cents. it is ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off
and from the Defendant the said sum of Three
hundred & Sixty eight Dollars and cents
for his damages together with his cost in this
behalf expended, taxed at Seven
Dollars and fifty cents
the Defendant in mercy &c -
