And now on this day came the parties by their respective attorneys,
and the Defendant saying nothing in bar or in preclusion of the
Plaintiff's right to recover, on motion of the Plaintiff's attorney
it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have her Judgement against
the Defendant by default; and that the Clerk so assess the
damages --- Whereupon, the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Dollars and Cents it is ordered
that do have
considered and adjudged by the Court^the Plaintiff that the and re-
cover off and from the Defendant the said sum of
Dollars and cents for his dam-
ages together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Dollars and Cents

it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the Defendant the said sum of
Three hundred & nine Dollars and Thirty two --- cents
for her damages together with her cost in this behalf
expended, taxed at Four --------
Dollars and Twenty cents,
