And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on
Motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at
Dollars & Cents, It is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant the
Said Sum of
Dollars & Cents for his damages together
with his Costs taxed at
Dollars & Cents and the defendant
in mercy &c
Received Newnansville Fla. this the 6th day of March 1867
of Lemuel Wilson Three Hundred dollars in full Satisfaction
of my judgement & costs against him in the Circuit Court
of Alachua County rendered at the fall Term of the year
1866, and also in full Satisfaction of an execution issued
out of the Clerks Office on said judgement together with
all costs on Said execution J.H. Verdier
Adjourned untill tomorrow 9 OClock
