James Sanders } And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover and motions of plaintiffs attorney it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the derfendant by default and that the clerk
do assess the damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Eighty three
Dollars & forty cents It is ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the plain-
tiff do have and recover off and from the defendant
the Said Sum of Eighty three
Dollars & forty cents for his damages together
with his cost taxed at seven
Dollars & Eighty-four Cents for his damages together with
his Cost taxed at Seven Dollars & 84 cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c
