                } And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover and motions of Plaintiffs attorney it is
ordered that the Plaintiff do have his judgement
against the defendant by default that the Clerk
do assess the damages Whereupon the clerk having
assessed the damages at Fifty seven
     Dollars & Seventy five cents  It is ordered
considered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the
said sum of Fifty Seven Dollars & Seventy five
cents for his damages together with his cost taxed at
     Ten Dollars Sixty five cents and
the defendant in mercy &c
