And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the def
=endant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of
the plaintiffs right to recover On motion of plain
=tiffs attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do
have his Judgement against the defendant by
default and that the Clerk do assess the dam
=ages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Two hundred & twenty Eight ----
Dollars & Nine -------- Cents, It is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the defendant the Said Sum of Two hundred
& twenty Eight -------------- Dollars &
Nine Cents for his damages together with his Cost taxed
at Seven Dollars & Twenty
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
