                          And now on this day
came the parties by their respective attornies, and
thereupon cane a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined in the parties, after hearing the testimony
of Witness the argument of Counsil and the charge
of the Court retired to consider of their verdict and
thereafter to wit on the same day returned into
Court and rendered the following verdict, We
the Jury find for the Plaintiff & assess the damages
at One hundred Dollars, & cost of suit
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the defendant the said Sum of
One hundred Dollars for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf taxed at
                           Dollars &
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
