And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and thereupon came
a Jury to wit
1 S. Fewell 2 A.H. Leonard
3 Thaddeus Foster 4 J.L. Kriminger
5 J.B. Nichols 6 J.B. Ellis
7 E.A. Jeffords 8 T.J. Long
9 R.M. Roberts 10 W.B. Lewis
11 G.M. Coleman 12 J.B. Lewis
who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined
by the parties, after hearing the testimony of witness, the
argument of Council, and the charge of the Court,
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter to wit
on the Same day returned into Court and rendered
the following verdict We the Jury find for the Plaintiff
and assess the damages at Two hundred & Sixty
--- ---- ------ Dollars & Ninety three
Cents, Whereupon It is ordered, Considered and adjud
=ged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the defendant the Said Sum of
Two hundred & sixty ---------
Dollars & Ninety three Cents
for his damages together with his Cost taxed at
Dollars & Cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c
