Beach & Polk      }  And now on this day came the par
=ties by their respective attornies and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
on motion of Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plain
=tiff do have his judgement against the defendant by
default and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
                          Dollars &                  Cents
It is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court 
that the plaintiff do have and recover off and from the
defendant the Said Sum of
                Dollars &               Cents for his dam
ages together with his Cost, in this behalf expended taxed
at                            Dollars &
     Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

Thirty Six     Dollars & -------    Cents together with 
his Cost taxed at     Five     Dollars &
     Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
