County of Alachua      }  Be it remembered that in
the first day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred & Sixty Seven Richard George Ivers appeared
before the Clerk of the Circuit Court the said Court being
a Court of Record having Common law jurisdiction
and a Clerk and **** and produced his declar
-ation of intention to become a Citizen of the United
States as well as a Certificate of the Clerk of the
first District Court of the United States in and for the
Territory of Utah under date of February third Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Sixty as well as an
honorable discharge from the army of the United States
dated the Twelfth day of August in the year of our
Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty two, and
made application to become a Citizen of the United
States of America pursuant to the provisions of the
Several acts of Congress of the United States of America
for the purpose made and provided, and the
Said applicant having thereupon produced Such
evidence made Such declaration and renunciation
and taken Such Oath as an by the Said acts required
              Thereupon it is ordered that the Said
applicant Richard George Ivers be admitted and
he is accordingly admitted to be a Citizen of the
United States of America --- In Witness Whereof I have
                   hereunto Set my hand and affixed the
                   Seal of the Circuit Court this the first
                   day of July One thousand Eight hundred
                   & Sixty Eight, and in the Ninety Second
                   year of our Independence
