And now on this day came
the Parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs
right to recover on motion of the Plaintiffs attorney it is
Ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the defendant by default and that the
Clerk do assess damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Two thousand six
hundred & twenty Eight Dollars & Eight Seven Cents. It
is ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off
and from the defendant the said Sum of Two thous
=Sand Six hundred & twenty Eight Dollars & Eightyseven
Cents for his damages together with his Cost taxed at
Four Dollars & twenty Cents and the defendant in
mercy &c
