admr & admx        } And now on this day came 
the parties by their respective attornies and the
defendants plea over ruled by the Court, that
the Mortgage on the case be foreclosed, and
that it be referred to the Clerk to assess the dam
-ages, the Clerk Whereupon having assessed the
damages at Four thousand Eight hundred & five
Dollars and Ninety Eight Cents amount now actually
due & owing on Said Mortgage, it is therefore
ordered that the plaintiff do have and recover
off and from the defendant the said Sum of
Four thousand Eight hundred & five dollars Ninety
Eight Cents for his damages and that the defendant
and all others claiming by through or under them
be forever barred & foreclosed of or from all right
or Equity of redemption in and to the Said
Mortgage premises, together with his Cost
taxed at six dollars & twenty cents and the defendant
in Mercy &c
