                      And now on this day came 
the parties by their respective attornies & the defe
=ndant plea overruled, and on order by the Court, that
the Mortgage on this case be foreclosed, and that 
it be referred to the Clerk to assess the dama
=ges, the Clerk Whereupon having assessed the dam
=ages at Eight thousand two hundred & Eighty five
88/100 Dollars amount now actually due & owing 
on Said Mortgage, It is therefore ordered Considered
& adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do 
have and recover off and from the defendant the 
Said Sum of Eight thousand two hundred & Eighty
five 88/100 Dollars for his damages, and that the 
defendant & all others claiming by through or 
under them be forever barred & foreclosed of or 
from all right or Equity of redemption in and to 
the Said Mortgage premises, together with his 
Cost taxed at                             Dollars & 
        cents & the defendant in Mercy &c









It is ordered that all causes, actions, plaints, Suits,
or orders, motions, Recognizances, pending in this
Court and not otherwise disposed of be continued untill
the next Term of this Court
          And the Court then adjourned Sine die
