Elise M. Haile     }  And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
plea over ruled by the Court that the mortgage in
the Case be foreclosed and that it be referred to
the Clerk to assess the damages the Clerk Whereupon
having assessed the damages at Eight hundred & thirty
One 87/100 Dollars amount now actually due owing
on said Mortgage, It is therefore ordered Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover off and from the defendant the said
Sum of Eight hundred & thirty one 87/100 Dollars for his
damages and that the defendant and all others
claiming by through or under them be forever barred
& foreclosed off or from all right or Enquity of redemp
=tion on and to the said Mortgaged premises together
with his Cost taxed at Eight nine 12/100 Dollars and
the defendant in Mercy
