Alachua County     }  At a regular Term of the Fifth
Judicial Circuit of Florida this day to wit on the
16th day of November A.D. 1868 begun and held at
Gainesville for the County of Alachua

Solr. George T. Barns Sheriff and William K. Cessna Clk
There having been a failing to Summons Jurors agreeable
to Law, it is ordered that a venire facia be issued
returnable immediately commanding the Sheriff to
Summons Twenty four Jurors to attend at the Fall
Term of this Court                  J.H. Goss  Judge

Whereupon the Sheriff Summoned the following to
Serve as Jurors for the present Term to wit
