                                Met pursuant to adjournment

                      And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies, and thereupon
came a Jury to wit
1   Henry J. Nevins               7   J.H. Stokes
2   Henry Welcome                 8   Isham Bennett
3   W.S. Land                     9   Joseph Rowe
4   Perry Adams                   10  James Ford
5   John OMally                   11  George Frink
6   W.J. Watson                   12  Arthur Simmons
who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined by the parties, after hearing the Testimony of
witness, the argument of Counsil, and the charge of the
Court, returned to consider of their Verdict, and there
=upon to wit on the same day, returned into Court
and rendered the following verdict, We the Jury find
for the defendant and assess the damages at
     Seventy two                    Dollars & -----
Cents, Whereupon it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court, that the Plaintiff do have and
recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
     Seventy two                    Dollars &
        Cents for his damages, together with his
costs taxed at Six                  Dollars &
Seventy Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
